Additionally, you can learn how to deal with ‘stinking thinking’ that leads to trouble!
You can decide for yourself what problems to work on without being told what to do or believe.
This is not like a diet with a long list of restrictions to follow; it’s more like a buffet where you get to choose what you like and what works for you!
